Pop-Up Choir Rehearsal Dec. 3, 2023

There will be a Pop-Up Choir rehearsal December 3 at 9 AM and service music at 10:00 AM.

Looking for a way to lift your spirits during this holiday season? Come join the Little Fork Episcopal Church Advent Pop-Up Choir!

This choir is for anyone 5th grade and up, as well as those well into adulthood, who enjoy music as a way to connect with God and each other. This choir is a great opportunity for those who cannot make a full year commitment but wants to share the joy of music during the Advent Season. No previous singing experience is necessary!

Rehearsals are held before and/or after Sunday services starting the first Sunday of Advent and ending Sunday of Christmas Eve. The choir will participate in each weekly Advent Service and the Christmas Eve Service - leading the congregation through service music, as well as performing several anthems through the season.

All sheet music and audio recordings of the songs by vocal parts will be available before the first rehearsal to guide all levels of singers through the wonderful experience of singing in a choir! Our Music Director, Ben Grove is a pianist, educator, and composer, and is the K-12 Director of Instrumental Music at Highland School in Warrenton. Ben’s experience in this role has given him experience working as an accompanist and director for musicals and ensembles of many different ages and skill levels.
