Parish Directory

Little Fork Church uses the Breeze church management system. Access to Breeze is limited to those who have been entered into the system by our Parish Administrator. If you have provided an email address to Little Fork Church, than you will have an account in Breeze. You may complete the set up of your account with the first time login instructions below. If you have already created an account you may log in with the Access My Breeze Account button to maintain your contact information, connect with other parishioners, and manage your contributions.

Permission to view the online directory is limited to the Little Fork Church Community and is provided by the Parish Administrator. When you create your account please notify the Parish Administrator and she will give your account access to the directory. When you create your account you may choose to opt in or out of the listing of your information in the searchable online directory.

First Time Login Instructions for Parishioners

  • After you submit your email address, check your inbox for an email from “Breeze Church Management.” If you don’t see it, check your Junk or Spam folder.
  • Follow the instructions in the email to access your profile. If this is the first time you’ve accessed the directory, your profile will contain the basic information that is already on file.
  • Customize and add to your profile with pictures, family members’ information, etc.
  • You can also make donations and payments directly from your Breeze profile.

If Breeze is unable to find a profile matching your information, please contact our Parish Administrator.

Breeze Mobile App

Our directory is also available as a mobile app!

  1. Go to the App store on your mobile device.
  2. In the search bar, type “Breeze ChMS” and look for the sailbaot.
  3. Download, install, and open the app.
  4. When asked what is your church ID, enter LittleForkChurch
  5. Enter your email address and password. If you are accessing the directory for the first time, refer to the instructions above.
