How To Submit Food Receipts for In-Kind Donation Credit

Little Fork’s support of Feed My Sheep continues to be a blessing to many families. If you would like to submit your receipts from the purchase of food donations to receive credit for an In-Kind Donation you may do so one of three ways. In order to receive the In-Kind credit the receipt must have only Feed My Sheep items on it, that is, separate from your other purchases.

• In church - There are designated donation envelopes located in the pews of the church. You may put your receipts in the envelope and place it in the offering plate. Please be sure to note your name and address on the back of the envelope. You may also make a monetary designated donation to Feed My Sheep or other specific funds with these envelopes. Please indicate the fund to which you are donating.
• Email - You may scan and email your receipts to the Parish Administrator at [email protected]. Please be sure to note in the email your name, address and that you are submitting the receipts for an In-Kind donation credit for Outreach - Feed My Sheep.
• Mail - You may mail your receipts (or copies) to the address below. Please be sure to add a note with your name, address and that you are submitting the receipts for an In-Kind donation credit for Outreach - Feed My Sheep.
