Why Choose a Small Church?

For many, the idea of searching out, experiencing, and selecting a new church can be daunting, especially when new to an area or after having spent time away from the church. As a family that has experienced regular uprooting in service to our country, we experienced this time and time again. However, small churches have provided warm and welcoming torchbearers on our pathway with Christ. Moreover, we have been blessed to develop familial ties with each one along the way, which reaffirmed our choices each time. Upon settling in Culpeper, we were taken in by the combination of Christian heritage, American history, and familial love that welcomed us into Little Fork Episcopal Church. The love for one another and the community, and the clear and present focus on developing our individual relationships with God, are hallmarks of the small church communities we have encountered and continue to enjoy within Little Fork Church.
